How the Sessions are Done
These consulting sessions are designed for both developing and existing brands/businesses to begin exploring and formulating their brand strategy. Whether we're re-imagining a vision or starting from scratch, these sessions kickstart the brand strategy process, allowing for an agile yet comprehensive method to enhance your branding efforts.
The calls are recorded interviews over Zoom or Google Meet. An audit of your responses will be conducted to populate the information needed to inform the assessments. You may request a copy of the call for your records. 
Choosing Your Sessions
When selecting a session that best suits your needs, you have several options to choose from. The Brand Discovery and Brand Visualization sessions each include two calls: one initial session and a follow-up call. 
Alternatively, you can opt for the full workshop, which consists of three calls in total. You have the flexibility to choose the session structure that works best for you: either the Discovery session, the Visualization session, or the full workshop with all three calls. Below is a brief description of each session option...

 •  Brand Discovery Session: Brand Design and Business Alignment - 2 sessions

 •  Brand Visualization Session: Visual Design, Personality, & Messaging - 2 sessions

 •  Full Workshop: Covers all aspects of the brand and consists of 3-4 sessions in total

For the full workshop: After each session, I conduct an audit and provide you with a comprehensive document outlining the identified problems and potential solutions. This document is kept for your records to use as a guide in your branding efforts.

1. Brand Discovery Session, Overview
The Brand Discovery session is a crucial step in understanding how your business aligns with your brand's current position and future potential. The purpose of this interview is to gain insight into your brand and gather valuable information about various aspects of your business. 
This interview typically takes anywhere from 1-2 hours, depending on the depth of information you provide. It's an interactive session where we collaborate to gather the insights needed to shape your brand's future success. Below are some of the criteria we will cover...

2. Brand Visualization Session, Overview
In this session, we aim to deeply understand the customer's needs and motivations in order to align the brand's visual design with their expectations and aspirations. Known as the Stakeholder Interview, all brand stakeholders need to attend individually to ensure alignment. By understanding the physical, psychological, and emotional traits that the brand embodies, as well as the 'needs state' of the customer, stakeholders can align their efforts to create a cohesive brand experience. This alignment is essential for building a strong brand identity that resonates with customers and drives success.
This session is typically divided into two parts: the Brand Visualization Session and the follow-up, which are the Observations and Recommendations from the Discovery Session. If our workshop only includes one session, parts 1 or 2 may not be included. Depending on these factors, this interview typically takes anywhere from 2-4 hours.
3. Next Stepping "The Follow-Up" Session, Overview 

This is the final session. Whether you've participated in a full workshop, partaken in individual sessions, or had a consultative approach via a call, this session will outline a strategic roadmap for your brand's growth.​​​​​​​ We'll review insights from the sessions we've completed focused on your brand. We'll discuss how to use recommended brand strategy tools to tailor a strategy that meets your specific needs.
